At MP Thread Studio, we take pride in the quality and care of our work. Because our services are custom and made to order, the following refund policy applies.
1. Custom Services
All quilting services are custom and made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, all sales are final once work has begun.
2. Deposits and Payments

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

Once a project has started, no refunds will be issued for work completed
3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before work begins for a full refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit, if applicable)

Once quilting has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
4. Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with your finished quilt, please contact us within [5 days].
We will review concerns and, at our discretion, may offer:
Adjustments or corrections
Partial refund or store credit (if appropriate)
5. Damaged or Defective Work
If your quilt is damaged due to our workmanship, we will work with you to:

Repair the issue, or

Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate
6. Customer-Provided Materials
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to quilt tops or fabric

Issues related to fabric quality, construction, or design
7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers
